"KORIS" AM" is the manufacturing plant of high-quality flooring from natural wood located in the Cherkasy region, Steblyv town. The company employs only highly qualified specialists. Therefore all engineering technicians workers have received special training and professional development courses at foreign enterprises, which provides "KORIS"AM" with the opportunity to produce high-quality wood flooring meeting the requirements of European standards.
High-tech equipment
The production is equipped with high-tech equipment from the best world manufacturers, namely: 'Acosta' parquet line, 'Weining' woodworking machines, 'Barberan' and 'SORBINI' varnishing machines, 'IDM', 'HOUFEK' grinding equipment, etc. In addition, the production is equipped with high-powered drying convection kilns. One-time loading of one of them reaches 100 cubic meters, the total load is 470 cubic meters.
Processes
Consumables and instruments are supplied for the manufacture by well-known companies, such as: 'Pro-flex' (Denmark), LLC 'Houfek', LLC 'Instrument M-group', OEMC 'Iberus-Kyiv'.
Together with the specialists of the companies "Junckers" (Denmark) and "Osmo" (Germany) "KORIS"AM" have been improved the processes of grinding, drying and applying wax oil to the board. In addition to this, the own laboratory and high-tech equipment were installed to introduce a modern quality control system.
